Our Mission
At Boundless Foundation, our mission is two fold:
Build Schools:
We partner with local communities and on-the-ground organizations to construct schools in areas that lack educational infrastructure. Our approach ensures that the schools we build are sustainable and tailored to the specific needs of each community.
Cure Poverty-Related Trauma:
We recognize that poverty extends beyond the lack of financial resources. It affects mental health and wellbeing, often resulting in long-term trauma. Our programs provide psychological support and resources to help children and their families overcome these challenges.

14 Schools Built:
We have successfully constructed 14 schools in various developing countries, directly impacting the lives of thousands of children. Each school is equipped with the necessary facilities to provide a conducive learning environment.

Shannon Rizzo
Founder & Chief Visionary of Boundless Foundation
Shannon Rizzo is a philanthropic advisor and visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in global operations and leadership development. She remains dedicated to guiding conscious entrepreneurs, intentional creatives, and high achievers towards purposeful sustainable impact. Shannon is the founder of the Boundless Foundation, which has built 14 schools in 3 years, thus creating safe, community-centered learning environments in underserved regions around the world. logistics, supply chain, international importing, and business consulting, Shannon excels at rallying service-based leaders into their soul-driven passions, fostering abundance, generosity, and sustainable impact.
In addition to her humanitarian work, Shannon is a co-owner of GYMGUYZ in Pennsylvania, where she supports families, executives, and entrepreneurs through a concierge-style wellness approach that integrates fitness into demanding professional and travel-heavy lifestyles. She is deeply passionate about children’s health and emotional well-being, believing early access to movement and structure builds lifelong confidence and resilience.
Shannon’s work bridges embodied leadership and strategic execution, with a long-term vision that today’s children will become tomorrow’s leaders and philanthropists—returning to serve their communities and help guide the very foundation that once supported them.Shannon has managed educational programs that promote social impact, including leading the Hubert H. Humphrey Program at Vanderbilt University, where she guided education professionals from 33 developing countries. Her service extends to the Board of the American Red Cross in Nashville and international missions with Aerial Recovery Group.
With a BLA degree in Asian Studies and International Studies from the University of Memphis, Shannon has empowered women in over 10 countries to start and manage their businesses. Her blend of compassion, strategic insight, and unwavering dedication drives meaningful change and inspires others to achieve their highest potential.
As Chief Visionary of Boundless Foundation, she creates global partnerships, guiding leaders on transformative journeys that align mind, body, and spirit. Shannon’s work reveals and utilizes the true gifts and potential of others, creating opportunities and protecting vulnerable communities.
Jesse James Levan
Board Member | Family Advocate and Storyteller
Jesse James Levan is a family-driven advocate, spokesperson for fathers, and champion for children and community well-being. As a board member of the Boundless Foundation, Jesse supports initiatives that reduce poverty-related trauma by investing in safe learning environments and long-term community development.
Grounded in a deep love for family and life’s meaningful moments, Jesse brings a hands-on, heart-centered approach to humanitarian work. Through his aerial drone photography and videography he helps capture and share the powerful stories of the children and communities served—highlighting their resilience, progress, and future potential. His visual storytelling reflects his belief that every child’s success story deserves to be seen and celebrated.
Jesse is co-owner of GYMGUYZ in Pennsylvania, where he serves as Chief Fitness & Financial Officer helping shape employee culture and client programs that improve the quality of life for families and individuals. With a degree in Business Marketing, he blends creativity with purpose, using communication and movement to drive real-world impact.
Jesse James Levan is the founder of Healthy and Wealthy Dads, an initiative dedicated to guiding fathers on their journeys toward enhanced health and financial wisdom.
Through his work with Boundless Foundation and GYMGUYZ, Jesse is building a family-centered mission to help one million people live healthier, stronger lives—so today’s children can grow into tomorrow’s leaders, providers, and givers back to their communities.
Jennifer Rawls
Attorney and Secretary for Boundless
Jennifer Rawls is a mother, friend, writer, and lawyer. She brings the energy of each of these roles to the Boundless Foundation.
With extensive experience in government and communications and over thirty years as a litigation attorney, Jennifer is the attorney and secretary for Boundless. Throughout her career, her focus has been to elevate women to reach their highest potential and purpose because, as she has said, “if you change a woman’s life, you can change the world.” One way to change a woman’s life is to help her children learn.
While serving as Special Counsel to the Attorney General for the State of Tennessee, Jennifer represented Tennessee and its citizens in charitable solicitations and fundraising cases. She also served on complex multi-state litigation teams and has represented several international companies in consumer and contract cases. She also owns a publishing company and has published several books.
Jennifer’s son was born in Central America and the schools Boundless Foundation has built in that area hold a special place in her heart. She knows the joy of seeing a child’s face when she learns something new and the pride in watching your child graduate from one grade to the next. She was taught to love to read by her parents and, in turn, shared the joys of sharing stories with her son. Knowing that Boundless Foundation allows other parents to do the same for their children is always at the forefront of her work with the Foundation.
Danielle Robinson
Board Member | Chef | Author
Danielle is a multidimensional wellness expert, embodied feminine space holder and mentor. She specializes in guiding mothers who feel exasperated with the amount of responsibility they shoulder while deeply wishing to transform their personal health and the trajectories of their families via diet, dance and yogic practices.
Her recent book, Starseed Cookbook: Wild Recipes and Stories for the Inner Child, is a magical exploration of food, from foraging in the Pacific Northwest to baking with her grandparents. She was once craving to understand the creative power of her own womb space, wishing to walk in closer connection to nature, Dani now guides women ready to embrace the freedom and joy that springs from a well-fed inner child.
Danielle holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management with which she gained valuable experience and wisdom in Ethiopia supporting rural organizations with projects in education, natural resource management and livelihood generation. As with Boundless, Danielle has invested much of her career in projects that give children, college students and adults the gift of learning, from renewable energy internships to sustainable fashion to climate change. She excels in communications and has a strong impact as a visionary, bringing communities together for healthy legacy which leaves no one behind.
Heather Calvin
Bookkeeper
Heather is an administrator and financial consultant with a wealth of information. She has 20 years of experience as a personal assistant, administrator and bookkeeper. She operates her own business, doing what she loves: helping people organize their lives and their finances – to give them a blueprint of what is working and what needs to be reinvigorated. By having this knowledge, her clients take informed action about their company goals and strategies, and feel an overall improvement in their lives. Reducing this stress allows more joy to be present in all they do!
Heather lives in Nashville and enjoys gardening, animals and traveling. Her words of inspiration are “Be joyful, be grateful, give back and love with all your heart!”
